Bisha Mining Share Company is inviting applicants for the following positions for Process
Department at Bisha site project;
1. Senior Metallurgist (needed 1)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and carryout laboratory test work,
2. Acting in place of Chief Metallurgist,
3. Analyze plant performance with regard to improving it,
4. Conducts on the job training with subordinates,
5. Directs subordinates tasks,
6. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Maintains appropriate safety and
environmental policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Mineral Processing, Extractive Metallurgy, or similar,
• Minimum 5 yrs Experience in Flotation Laboratory and Plant,
• Demonstrate excellent supervisory and coaching skills, Minimum 3yrs Supervisory
experience,
• Very good analytical skills, Self motivated and results oriented, Knowledge of CIL process
an advantage, Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of fl otation plants,
• Profi cient in report writing, spreadsheet and word processing, Very good written and spoken
English language skills.
2. Production Superintendent (needed 2)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages and coordinates daily plant production. Responds to the changing environment in
a proactive manner using available resources.
2. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Implements and assists with
developing company health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
3. Maintains reporting procedures with both superiors and subordinates on safety, production,
maintenance, cost/inventory and security issues.
4. Assists in setting production, safety and cost targets and is responsible for achieving these
targets.
5. Holds meetings with staff and peers and conducts regular inspections of the plant.
6. Implements and coordinates training programs for process functions.
7. Maintains communications and reporting links with Mining, Maintenance and
Procurement.
REQUIREMENTS
• Recognized Degree in Extractive Metallurgy/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent. NHD in
Extractive Metallurgy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in a process supervisory role. Minimum of 5 yrs experience
in a Plant Management, preferably in an expatriate environment.
• Demonstrate excellent Management and training skills.
• Awareness and sensitivity to local customs and culture, Demonstrate good interpersonal
skills, Self motivated and results oriented, Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of gold
processing techniques (ABC circuits, CIL, AARL Elution, Tailings Management) Base
Metal Experience will be advantageous.
• Profi cient in spreadsheet and word processing skills, A good understanding of SCADA and
PLC systems, Very good written and spoken English language skills.
3. Operations Supervisor Dayshift (needed 1)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises and plans daily work for section. Responds to the changing environment in a
proactive manner using available resources,
2. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Implements safety and
environmental policies and procedures.
3. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety,
maintenance, HR and security issues.
4. Conducts on the job training with subordinates and identifi es training and development
needs of subordinates..
5. Maintains communications and reporting links with the Plant Production sections and the
Maintenance Department.
6. Holds pre-shift meetings with staff.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent. Shift Foreman/ Operator Certifi cate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar process supervisory role. And/ or 5 yrs experience
as a Plant Operator in a Gold Plant.
• Demonstrate excellent supervisory and coaching skills.
• Awareness and sensitivity to local customs and culture, self motivated and results oriented,
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of ore comminution, treatment recovery and recovery
circuits, Base Metal Experience will be advantageous.
• Profi cient in spreadsheet and word processing skills, Experience in SCADA and PLC
systems operation, Good written and spoken English language skills.
4. Operations Supervisor CIL (needed 5)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises and plans shift production. Responds to the changing environment in a proactive
manner using available resources,
2. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Implements safety and
environmental policies and procedures.
3. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety, production, maintenance, HR and security issues.
4. Conducts on the job training with subordinates and identifi es training and development
needs of subordinates..
5. Maintains communications and reporting links with the Crushing and Milling sections and
the Maintenance Department.
6. Holds pre-shift meetings with staff and ensures smooth shift transitions.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent. Shift Foreman/ Operator Certifi cate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar process supervisory role. And/ or 5 yrs experience
as a Plant Operator in a Gold Plant.
• Demonstrate excellent supervisory and coaching skills.
• Awareness and sensitivity to local customs and culture, self motivated and results oriented,
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of ore treatment and recovery circuits (CIL, ADR and
Tailings Disposal) and a working knowledge of other plant sections, Base Metal Experience
will be advantageous.
• Profi cient in spreadsheet and word processing skills, Experience in SCADA and PLC
systems operation, Good written and spoken English language skills.
5. Shift Supervisor CM (needed 5)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

environmental policies and procedures.

4. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety,
maintenance, HR and security issues.
5. Conducts on the job training with subordinates.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent. Operator Certifi cate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar process supervisory role.
• Demonstrate excellent supervisory and coaching skills.

7. CIL Operator (needed 5)

within the mill section through maintenance of operating procedures.

environmental policies and procedures.

maintenance, HR and security issues.
5. Conducts on the job training with subordinates.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent. Operator Certifi cate or equivalent.

• Demonstrate excellent supervisory and coaching skills.

aspects of Carbon In Leach Circuits, Demonstrate profi ciency in Safety and Health.

8. ADR Operator (needed 8)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures safe, efficient operation of process plant to achieve desired production targets
within the mill section through maintenance of operating procedures.
2. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Maintains appropriate safety and
environmental policies and procedures.
3. Directs subordinate tasks.
4. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety,
maintenance, HR and security issues.
5. Conducts on the job training with subordinates.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent. Operator Certifi cate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar process supervisory role.
• Demonstrate excellent supervisory and coaching skills.
• Self motivated and results oriented, Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of operational
aspects of AARL Elution and Carbon Regeneration Circuits, Demonstrate profi ciency
in Safety and Health.
• Good written and spoken English language skills will be an advantage.
9. Mill Operator (needed 5)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures safe, efficient operation of process plant to achieve desired production targets
within the mill section through maintenance of operating procedures.
2. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Maintains appropriate safety and
environmental policies and procedures.
3. Directs subordinate tasks.
4. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety,
maintenance, HR and security issues.
5. Conducts on the job training with subordinates.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent. Operator Certifi cate or equivalent.

• Demonstrate excellent supervisory and coaching skills.

aspects of Mill and Thickening Circuits, Demonstrate profi ciency in Safety and Health.
• Good written and spoken English language skills will be an advantage.
10. Reagent Operator (needed 3)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Maintains appropriate safety and
environmental policies and procedures.
2. Directs subordinate tasks.
3. Liaise with Procurement Department.
4. Conducts on the job training with subordinates.
5. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety,
maintenance issues.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar process role.
• Demonstrate good supervisory and coaching skills.
• Self motivated and results oriented, Demonstrate profi ciency in Safety and Health.
• Good written and spoken English language skills will be an advantage.
11. Tailings Operator (needed 2)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures efficient operation and construction of TMF.
2. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Maintains appropriate safety and
environmental policies and procedures.
3. Directs subordinate tasks.
4. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety,
environmental, maintenance HR.
5. Conducts on the job training with subordinates.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent. Tailings Operation Certifi cate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a plant operator,
• Demonstrate supervisory and coaching skills.
• Good written and spoken English skills will be an advantage.
12. Refi nery Operator (needed 2)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises and plans daily work for section. Responds to the changing environment in a
proactive manner using available resources.
2. Responsible for the safety and health of all subordinates. Implements safety and
environmental policies and procedures.
3. Implements and maintains Operational and Security Procedures and standards.
4. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety,
maintenance, HR and security issues.
5. Conducts on the job training with subordinates and identifi es training and development
needs of subordinates.
6. Maintains communications and reporting links with the CIL section and the Maintenance
Department.
7. Holds pre-shift meetings with staff.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent. Shift Foreman/ Operator Certifi cate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar process supervisory role. And/ or 5 yrs experience
as a Plant Operator in a Gold Plant.
• Demonstrate excellent supervisory and coaching skills.
• Awareness and sensitivity to local customs and culture, self motivated and results oriented,
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Gold Refi ning Techniques, a working knowledge
of the Carbon in Leach and ADR Processes.
• Profi cient in spreadsheet and word processing skills, Experience in SCADA and PLC systems
operation, Good written and spoken English language skills.
13. SCADA Operator (needed 6)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operates SCADA in support of operations.
2. Maintains reporting procedures with superiors, peers and subordinates on safety, production
and maintenance issues.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a plant operator, Experience must include Crushing,
Milling, CIL, ADR and Tailings disposal.
• Computer literate.
• Good written and spoken English skills essential.
