Hillary Clinton threaten Eritrea of supporting alshabab

First of all the Eritrean government didn't support al-shabab, Alshabab or Al Shabaab. We are a peaceful nation with no links to terrorist or terror organisation. I dont understand why Mrs. Hillary Clinton say that this to Eritrea. She visited Eritrea in 1997 and thats why iam wondering.
